I primarily work with clinically proven medical grade skincare experts Obagi™ Medical.
I also choose products from other premium companies like Skinbetter Science® to develop a bespoke cosmeceutical and / or prescription treatment solution for you. Effective skin care options are not all out of my patients budget as a huge selection of options is available to me through my team at GetHarley.
How do we get healthy skin?
The easiest way to think about this is exactly how we work in reality. The treatment depends upon the diagnosis. After your Observ® scan we are in a great position to make effective skin health recommendations.
Obagi Medical® is used by doctors in clinics all over the world and this range gives me all of the treatment options that I need for my patients and therefore it is one of my favourite medical grade skincare brands.

Principals
Skin care is based on these four principals

Prevent. Preserve healthy, younger looking skin, treat photo damage, acne, fine lines and wrinkles. Skin is fresh and glowing.

Protect. Vitamin C serums use anti-oxidant properties to soften skin, prevent photo damage and make skin lighter and more radiant.

Repair. Prescription only topical creams that stimulate collagen and elastin to treat fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and acne may be recommended.

Restore. Reduction in the appearance of upper and lower eye area wrinkles, laxity and puffiness.
Products & Systems
Obagi™ Medical has a range of products and systems that alter how our skin works by affecting basic cellular function.
Nu Derm® Systems
These include tailor made packages for the treatment of moderate to severe hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, adult acne, laxity and skin texture, anti aging and correction.
Obagi-C®
The Obagi-C Systems are a gentler product for early intervention with less severely hyper pigmented and photo-damaged skin.
Obagi360 System®
This product works harmoniously to encourage healthy skin renewal that will prevent signs of ageing and promote a healthier complexion. The kit is aimed at improving the appearance of skin that lacks lustre and it will improve skin tone.
CLENZIderm M.D® System
Used for mild to moderate acne. Obagi CLENZIderm M.D® is a 3-step acne treatment system, which combats acne and prevents future breakouts! This penetrates to reach the bacteria within the pores, and gives a healthier and clearer complexion.
Obagi Blue Peel RADIANCE™
This can improve the look, texture and feel of your skin in a matter of minutes. We can offer single treatments or courses (which provides best overall results) of the Obagi Blu Peel RADIANCE™. The treatment takes about 30 minutes from start to finish including consultation and comprises of a salicylic acid containing peel.
Obagi® Retinol Range
These prescription only topical creams are anti aging and come in a range of different strengths. Tretinoin- 0.025%, 0.05% and 0.1% . Retinol – O.5% and 1.0%. Retinols stimulate collagen and elastin production. They hydrate skin, exfoliate and also fade hyperpigmentation.
Obagi® Hydrate
Obagi™ emoillients are not perfumed with oils, instead they are formulated to hold water in your skin. Again, combined with peels and treatment systems if necessary and of course, daily SPF, your skin will be healthy.
Obagi™ Sun Protection
For all patients – I strongly advise the daily use – all year round – of high SPF cream. Obagi™ has a range of products that are user friendly and that protect us from UV (A+B) and IR rays, tinted if you prefer and in a format that suits you.
Acne sufferers and those with hyperpigmentation for example, can combine specific tailor-made medical treatments with regular peels with a synergistic effect.
The Obagi Blue Peel RADIANCE™ can provide instant radiance, tighter, smoother, brighter looking skin after just one treatment. It is particularly effective in the treatment of photo damage.
Patients attending for a menopause consultation or for their regular injectable treatments are often not aware that their skin is damaged or that they are using the wrong skincare products. Investing in skin health is the first step to regaining your confidence.

Assessment
All medical aesthetic journeys start with a comprehensive skin health consultation and the Observ® scan is always offered as part of your initial assessment.
Skincare Plan
Recommendations that will involve medical grade skincare products and/or aesthetic treatments will be discussed with you and become your bespoke skin health plan.
Follow Up
Delivery of your products/treatments is arranged by Get Harley and replenishment arranged over time as required. Repeat scans to monitor progress can be arranged.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer other skincare brands?
Yes, we have access to all of the top respected skincare brands and will advise the team at Get Harley to deliver treatments based on product effectiveness, your skin concerns and treatment goals.
Do I have to take all recommendations made?
No. You can choose products one or two at a time if you prefer, supported by Get Harley. Alternative options can be made on request.
