If defective digital content which we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage which you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage which was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

What are the consultation fees?

• A new consultation costs £295
• A follow up consultation costs £195
• Shorter Telephone appointments 15 minutes £115
• We do not offer discounts.

We believe our prices to be fair and competitive. We cannot offer some patients discounts and not others, it introduces confusion and unfairness.

We take payment at point of booking to secure the booking.

 

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

• We offer full refunds if there is a change or cancellation 48 business hours or more in advance of the appointment.
• Rescheduling an appointment within this 48h window incurs a full charge.
• Should you cancel an appointment with less than 48 business hours of an appointment, no refund will be offered. This is because it is unlikely we will be able to rebook the missed slot.

 

Additional fees

• If you require additional letters or admin there is a £50 charge to cover the time and secretarial costs incurred.
• Presciption fees £35
• Additional letters £50

 

Other Terms and Conditions

It is not possible to see your usual NHS doctor in this clinic.

Blood Tests incur an additional charge.

Photographic ID is required when you attend an appointment whether virtually or in person.

Even if you have already been put on HRT, or if you have been to another clinic, you still need an initial consultation of attending for the first time to Rebalance Your Life.

We can only see patients who are domicile the UK at the time of their appointment and we will not refund a patient that presents to us from overseas in the appointment itself should such a situation occur.
