Initial Treatment
One treatments consists of 2 x 1.25ml syringes, one either side of the face.
We often recommend a second session 4-8 weeks later depending upon your skin quality on assessment.
Anaesthetic
Local anaesthetic cream may be used but is usually not necessary.
HArmonyCa contains lidocaine which reduces discomfort during treatment

Aftercare

Frequently asked questions
Is the HArmonyCa result seen immediately?
Results seen mmediately as skin is contoured, and smoother and volumised. The result develops over the following weeks as collagen synthesis is stimulated for a long lasting effect visible for around 18-24 months.
Is HArmonyCa a permanent treatment?
HArmonyCa is a non permanent treatment, meaning that is will not last forever. How long you will continue to see the effects depends on how your body reacts to the treatment and how well your own body collagen is stimulated.
Will I be suitable for HArmonyCa?
HArmonyCa is suitable for patients who are experiencing accordion lines (vertical wrinkles between the ears and lips), lack of firmness or sagging skin, lost volume in the cheeks and lid face and mild to moderate jowls.
How is it injected?
HArmonyCa is injected just under the skin in the deep dermal and subnormal layers in certain areas of the face, not including the eye, lip or mouth areas.
Can I have other treatments like dermal filler on the same day?
Yes this is possible and we will, as part of your bespoke treatment plan, use HAmonyCa strategically to ensure that you achieve the best outcome.

I first met Trish last year when I sought advice about ongoing menopausal issues. Trish has a thorough understanding of the menopause, her knowledge is up to date and her compassion is evident. I had some worrying symptoms that my GP felt did not warrant investigation but Trish provided me with a clear and concise assessment which my NHS GP took on board. This resulted in prompt action and subsequent treatment on the NHS which without her expertise I would not have had access to. To say I am grateful is an understatement! To say thank you really doesn’t seem to do justice to the support Trish provided, but thank you again. I would highly recommend Trish and I would not hesitate to seek her advice again if needed.
Another amazing treatment from Dr. Trish. This one to dramatically reduce the appearance of fine lines above the top lip. Super pleased with the result including the look of the lips themselves (which I confess I was slightly concerned about). All of my treatments have been planned really carefully through a lot of discussion and I could not be happier with the results.
I have been going to Trish for my HRT as well as other anti-ageing treatments such as Obagi skincare and Botox for over a year. Imo she is a formidable ally for us pre/post and menopausal lasses: she took time to investigate my concerns, helped me sort out my HRT regiment according to my personal situation, which my GPs neither have the time nor resources to, and she keeps my treatment regiment monitored. I even got my husband signed up for Trish's HRT treatment and he's doing really well as well. I also totally trust Trish to do my Botox treatments - she's very gentle in her touch, precise in her dosing and clearly understands the facial anatomy better than many other practitioners not very thoroughly trained in the subject of human anatomy. DR Trish is a super understanding woman . I've been seeing her for a year . I was on Antidepressants which have I've suffered on them . Dr Trish said I need hrt not AD. I have tried a few hrt and with tweaks here and there I'm starting to feel better slowly. Worth every penny. Thankyou Dr Trish 😘
