Regenerate your skin from within using the power of polynucleotides.
The polynucleotides used in this clinic are manufactured in Italy by Mastelli using High Purification Technology (PN HPT™). These are natural, not synthetic products, obtained through technology that involves a high degree of purification and safety checks.
The Benefits of Using Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are the building blocks of DNA and RNA. These are nucleic acids that give the instructions for cell function, regeneration and gene expression.
They have been used in medicine since 1986, to promote wound healing and tissue repair, with over 50 scientific publications in the last 20 years.
Polynucleotides are extracted from Salmon or Trout, sterilised and ultra-purified before being made into injectable products. As polynucleotides are broken down in our body, they promote DNA synthesis, stimulate fibroblasts, increase cell regeneration and turnover, cellular repair and the production of collagen and elastin whilst reducing inflammation. They also protect against harmful external agents such as UV rays.
Their anti-inflammatory properties along with the ability to rebalance melanocyte activity creates an even and refreshed skin tone.

Skin Regeneration
Polynucleotides stimulate cell growth and proliferation, enhancing collagen and elastin production which are necessary for skin elasticity, firmness, and lift.
Wrinkle Reduction
They aid in reducing fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin texture and smoothness by promoting the formation of new skin cells and enhancing overall skin health.
Skin Hydration
They exhibit hydrating properties and improve the skin’s ability to retain water, promoting healthier and more supple skin.
Anti-inflammatory Effect
They can soothe and calm skin, reducing redness, irritation, and inflammation caused by various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, hyperpigmentation, and rosacea.
Hair Growth Promotion
trophic action on hair and eyebrows.
Various Skin Concerns
Polynucleotides can be a potential treatment for individuals with fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, red and sensitive skin, rosacea, and scarring.
Cellular Turnover and Healing
They promote cell turnover, improve skin elasticity and hydration, and help heal sun-damaged skin, photoaging, and scars.
Skin preparation
Polynucleotides also make skin more receptive to other medical, aesthetic, and anti-ageing treatments such as laser, fillers, chemical peels, micro-needling, and surgery.
Plinest Eye
Mastelli Skin Priming Line
Patients frequently request aesthetic treatments for the periorbital area to look more refreshed and less tired as well as treat wrinkles, crow’s feet and even drooping of the upper eyelids. Combining efficacy and safety, low-concentration PN HPT™ formulations are recommended for the sensitive facial skin and other delicate skin areas (eg. periorbital area).
The Plinest Eye concentration allows the improvement of fibroblast activity without causing excessive pulling or oedema / swelling. The thin periocular skin is an area where Plinest Eye appears to offer distinctive aesthetic outcomes.
Tightening of the eye area skin visibly improves, including the most severely sagging areas. Research carried out by Mastelli showed that over 90% of patients experience clinical improvement in the reduction of fine, superficial wrinkles as well as an improved skin appearance using their treatment protocol.
The results were also confirmed by objective evaluations using 3D skin analysis.

Plinest Hair
Mastelli Skin Priming Line
Further research carried out by Mastelli has shown that this product has clinically proven safety and efficacy for stimulation of the scalp to promote hair growth in cases of female hormonal hair loss.
20 female patients aged between 25 and 65 years suffering from non-androgen-dependent female hormonal alopecia who were not suffering from systemic diseases (iron deficiency, febrile diseases, endocrinopathies, liver diseases) and with no current or recent psycho-physical stress, weight loss diets, drug therapy, contraceptive pills (all of these can affect hair loss / growth) Plinest Hair was administered and clinically evaluated.
The female alopecia objectively improved in 72% of treated women with no side effects and high patient’s compliance. Video dermoscopy demonstrated an increase in the number of average number of hairs in a standard area before and after treatment at 4 months.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are polynucleotides safe for everyone?
There are virtually no medical contraindications to Polynucleotides.
Are polynucleotides vegan friendly?
They are not vegan friendly.
How long do polynucleotides last?
Typically, the effects of these treatments last 6 to 12 months. Regular treatments can provide more noticeable and long-lasting results.
Are polynucleotides skin boosters?
No. We may advise the use of a combination of skin boosting hyaluronic injections, hyaluronic acid with collagen stimulators, as well as polynucleotides depending upon what we are treating. We can discuss this with you at a skin assessment consultation.
What are the risks of polynucleotides?
Risks are usually minimal and may include temporary redness, or mild discomfort at the injection site. As these treatments use naturally derived substances, the risk of allergic reactions is significantly reduced.
What type of polynucleotide is right for me?
The best type of polynucleotide will depend on your specific skin concerns, skin type, and desired results. This will be discussed during your consultation.
We may advise the use polynucleotides when patients don’t want ‘filler’ or simply don’t need volume replacement.
The area around the eye can be improved with polynucleotides which can be great for this tricky to treat area avoiding the need for a filler product.
NEWEST© is a novel product that contains hyaluronic acid as well as polynucleotides. This can be extremely useful when the goals are smoother, plumper skin with the added benefit of tissue repair.
What is the technique for the treatment?
The treatment protocol for polynucleotides involves a series of injections under the skin that may involve use of a blunt tipped cannula. The specific application techniques and protocol may vary depending on the area being treated, the individual’s skin type, treatment goals, and the specific product being used.
Treatment Pricing
