About

Trish Davis graduated as a doctor from Edinburgh University in 1998 before moving to the North East UK where she trained to become a GP.

Trish completed the ‘Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians’ and Gynaecologists’ and the ‘Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning’ and received a distinction in the ‘Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners’ examinations.

Trish has always loved being a GP but has, first hand, witnessed over two decades of poor care in relation to the management of perimenopausal and menopausal women and decided to dedicate time purely to the care of these women by enrolling for the Certificate in Menopause Care from the British Menopause Society.

Dr Trish Davis

Dr Trish understands how hard it is for GPs to have the time and confidence to diagnose and treat men with Testosterone Deficiency.

She is passionate about diagnosing and treating this disorder having undergone training with the British Society for Sexual Medicine, which can have a potentially devastating effect on health and wellbeing of men.

Dr Trish is also an advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and only uses premium skin health products to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

“Hormone health and aesthetic health are inextricably intertwined. As a highly skilled doctor, my expertise as a GP, Menopause Specialist and an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner puts me in the perfect position to deliver the highest quality and comprehensive package of care for my patients.

Patients present to me with physical and emotional symptoms at a time in life when other changes are also taking place in the body effecting their face, skin, hair & nails, altering their appearance. Why shouldn’t this be addressed at the same time? I want to manage all of these issues for my patients using the best diagnostic tests and treatments in the world, that can improve and even reverse some of these age related changes.”

“Patients often want both sides of this – the medical and the aesthetic. It’s time that we educated and guided patients’ through this process honestly and effectively with the reassurance that they are receiving the best care.

I have spent 8 years investigating the best that the world of advanced medical aesthetics has to offer and I am able to advise on whether a cream, a prescription, injectables, laser or surgery would be best for them. Advice regarding the best cosmetic surgeons, should that be of interest will be provided.

‘I will work with you to create a unique treatment plan. Your first consultation is dedicated to discovering more about you, the features you love and exploring your treatment needs. Of course, there has to be volume loss for a filler to be the correct treatment for example and so a consultation and facial assessment always takes place before any treatment goes ahead.

Patients present feeling frustrated and they have often given up on liking how they feel and what they see in the mirror. I want to restore that confidence.”

I believe that care should be individualised, taking into account a ‘whole person approach’ using the best evidence available for my patients.
